Whitepages Premium memberships come with a set amount of lookups each month so that our customers can pay only for what they need to use. If you should need to increase or decrease your number of lookups, you can change your membership plan at any time.
Membership upgrades will take effect immediately so that you can get the additional lookups you need right away. Membership downgrades won't take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. This way you'll be able to have access to remainder of the lookups you've already paid for until your membership renews at the lower plan.
To change your membership plan, please follow the steps below.
- Go to Whitepages.com and log in to your account.
- In the top right corner click your name if you're on a desktop or menu if you're on a mobile device, and select Account to be taken to your Account Dashboard.
- From your account dashboard, expand the Menu and select Account Settings. For desktop users, you'll find the Account Settings option on the left side of your dashboard
- In the lookups section of your Account Settings, click Upgrade.
